SRX3637031: Short-paired-reads of Lodderomyces elongisporus NRRL YB-4239

Design: Reads are 250 nt in length. The shotgun genomic libraries were prepared with the Hyper Library construction kit from Kapa Biosystems. The library was quantitated by qPCR and sequenced on one MiSeq flowcell for 251 cycles from each end of the fragments using a MiSeq 500-cycle sequencing kit version2.
